Cancelation Policy:
1. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
2. Token amount is nonrefundable in any case.
3. Any Reservation canceled within 45 days there will be 50% refunded if 50 % advance has been paid. For any reservation canceled within 15 days, there will be no refund.
4. The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the cab availability and weather conditions. INR 1500 will be charged extra for Expedite/ Postpone.
5. If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reason including accident, illness, personal problems non-payment of the balance Amount, or No Shows, the company is legally authorized not to Refund any Advance Amount. Also, Note that all cancellations must be interacted with in writing.
6. The company has been granted with complete authority to change the package costing due to increments in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service that has been provided.
Package Policy and Terms:
1. The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
2. Check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 noon. (Early check-in is subject to availability) & Check out time of the hotel is 11:00
3. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions for ensuring the smooth execution of tours.
4. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it. In Shimla Manali package return to Shimla from Manali by cab is sub to availability or a deluxe bus will be provided
5. Though Himachal has been witnessing huge tourist growth the facilities of hotels, Services, Aids etc, available here cannot be matched to those available in the cities and other developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services, and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3*, and so on.
6. We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
7. Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
